A Little Bit About Me I grew up in Texas, and yes, I’m proudly Asian-American. Texas is known for its big meals and bold flavors, and that’s what I grew up with. I’m also a student here, always trying to juggle my studies with my job at Texas Roadhouse. It’s busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way because I get to talk about my favorite thing – food!
